The EXO Building

The EXO Building is going to be Dublin’s tallest office building and will be built over the next two years. The 73 m structure has the potential to house up to 2,000 office workers upon completion. The building will range in height from 8-17 floors and will be made up of 22,000 sq.m. The striking 17 storey building will be the first building people will see upon arriving in Dublin City after exiting the Port Tunnel and will be an impressive landmark for the newly rejuvenated north quays.

Sackville Hotel

Redevelopment of a 1970’s 4-storey office block in Dublin City Centre to create a new hotel with 158 rooms, over a ground floor reception, bar and restaurant associated with the proposed hotel use and an adjacent separate retail/restaurant/café unit.

The hotel use will underpin the regeneration of this point of Marlborough Street and will bring in the region of 300 people to the building on a daily basis. This street level activity will be of significant value to the area. Located behind the former Clerys department store, the development of the boutique hotel will involve an investment of approx. €16 million.

1WML is a 135,000 sq.ft mixed use six floor building comprising of a 124,000 sq.ft office building with 8,000 sq.ft of retail space and 14 apartments. The building occupies a strategic location in the SOBO District of Dublin’s City Centre. 1WML is a LEED GOLD Building meaning it will be more economical to run and its flexible and dynamic floorplates anticipate changes in their use over time. 1WML is the first in an exciting series of SOBO District developments that will transform this part of the modern city.

Trinity Business School

Trinity Business School is a landmark development within the Trinity Campus. The new business school will be of significant importance as it will provide a true identity to the business school. The Innovation and Entrepreneurship Hub will be an inspiring flexible space enabling creative work, knowledge sharing and experience exchange among the start-up/incubation businesses.

Trinity Business School works commenced on 05/09/2016 and is currently 72 weeks into Stage 4 Construction with Substantial Completion targeted for 20/12/2018.
